Shinnecock Birthkeepers, Anna Cuffee of Heartberry Birthwork and I have been working on so many ways to give back to our community and cultivate a positive environment for the new generation of powerful indigenous children. But this starts in the womb and with their caretakers. We would like to introduce The Neetuonk Garden and Traditional Meal Train! This Winter we will begin providing nourishing, traditional, ready-made meals for birthing persons and their families from the 13 Tribes of Long Island.

We will be utilizing Shinnecock hunters, fishers, and abiding by our traditional morals of harvest and honoring our bounty. Our Neetuonk Garden will begin in spring 2023 and provide more local, fresh produce for our meal train. If you would like to contribute to the wellness of indigenous families, please feel free to donate! Any drop-off or seed donations please DM or email Anna or I. Monetary donations can be sent to (Venmo: @heartberrybw) or (Cash-app: $heartberrybw) Thank you in advance; We look forward to meeting and serving more indigenous families across the island!
